Letter to City of Surrey: Proposed Bylaw is Harmful to People Who Take Shelter Overnight in Their Vehicles

The City of Surrey is considering an amendment to its Highway and Traffic Bylaw that will have harmful consequences for people who are experiencing homelessness and housing precarity. Pivot wrote a letter to Mayor and Council to urge them to support people who are forced to live in their vehicles not marginalize them further.
