By applying for membership I acknowledge that I understand that:

• Members must uphold the Constitution and Bylaws of the Society
   
• Membership is granted at the discretion of the Directors of the Society 
  
  
• Membership is valid from the day notice of acceptance is received until the conclusion of the next Annual General Meeting of the Society
  
  
• A Member and the Directors must consent to renewal of membership
  
  
• Membership may be terminated at any time in accordance with the Bylaws of the Society
  
  
• Members consent to be listed on the Society’s register of members
  
  
• Members are responsible for providing the Society with current contact information
