Whether overseeing complex capital projects or implementing streamlined systems, her leadership consistently delivers sustainable outcomes.
Currently Executive Director at Sch’ eyk Housing Society, Mayleen has secured over $1 million in funding, developed processes for renewed tenant engagement, and spearheaded accessibility and climate retrofit initiatives. Her visionary approach integrates policy modernization with cultural sensitivity, enhancing service delivery and community impact.
