— Chadash is a finance, people, and systems leader with over a decade of experience supporting purpose-driven organisations through accounting, payroll, HR, and operational strategy. A self-described student of business, he is guided by curiosity, a commitment to continuous learning, and a belief that strong internal systems are essential to achieving meaningful, community-centred impact.
With a career spanning multiple sectors, including nonprofit, healthcare, and technology, Chadash brings a grounded, solutions-focused approach to organisational challenges. He is deeply aligned with Pivot’s commitment to systemic change and community-led advocacy. He sees strong financial, HR, and operational systems as essential tools in the broader fight for equity and justice. By transforming complexity into clarity and embedding values into processes, he strives to ensure that internal systems actively support the bold, transformative work happening at the front lines.
He holds an MBA, a Master’s in International Management & Information Systems, and several accounting diplomas. His work is rooted in financial stewardship, inclusive practices, and the belief that people are the core of every successful system.
Outside of work, Chadash is passionate about teaching, mentoring, and imagining bold futures for finance and governance in the public interest.
