Pivot is pleased to announce our annual fundraiser, Passion for Justice.
Come party with Pivot on Thursday, November 08th at the Ironworks Studios, located near our office on the Downtown Eastside.
The evening will begin with rhythmic guitar playing and passionate singing by Karen Flamenco dance company, and will quickly heat up with spicy flamenco dancing by Karen and her guests in a mesmerizing display of power and grace.
We'll also have irresistible auction items up for bid. You could win a lunch with celebrated author, Dr. Gabor Maté, as just one enticing example!
And, of course, all of the proceeds from this event will help fund Pivot's work on legal reform and the breaking down of systemic barriers in areas like poverty, homelessness, violence against women, and health and drug policy.
