Noah Quastel

Noah brings an interest in legal change grounded in social research. He holds an LLB (UBC, 1999) and an LLM (UVic, 2006) and has worked as a lawyer in Vancouver in general litigation. He also worked in Guatemala as a legal advisor for a leading human rights organization.

As well as being a Member of the Law Society of British Columbia, Noah also has a PhD in Human Geography (PhD, UBC, 2014) where he studied intersections of legal regulation, cities, and environmental justice. He is currently also a Postdoctoral Fellow in Legal Geography at the Department of Geography, Simon Fraser University. Noah's hobbies include cooking, outdoor adventures, novels, and learning to ride a unicycle.
