— Lyndsay believes that creative, strategic legal advocacy is a crucial part in the fight for economic and social justice. She was born and raised on the unceded lands of the Musqueam, Squamish, and Tsleil-Waututh nations. After law school, at the University of Victoria, she worked for justices of the BC Court of Appeal as a law clerk.

Since her call to the bar in 2011, Lyndsay has practiced labour and human rights law, working in solidarity with unions and other progressive individuals and organizations.

She is currently the Board Chair of Rumble, a local theatre company.
