Every municipality has a duty to provide safe, resourced public locations for homeless campers when there is no accessible indoor alternative. Pivot is committed to ensuring local bylaws and law enforcement practices respect that right. We are also working to have the courts recognize the need for spaces for homeless campers to live on a more than overnight basis.
